Our Services
Pre-contract communication: We conduct thorough discussions to fully understand the customer's technical requirements, production goals, and project details before signing the contract.
Post-contract coordination: After the contract is signed, we maintain timely communication to confirm production progress, technical specifications, and delivery schedules.
Installation & commissioning support: Once the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, we arrange visas and flights in advance and dispatch experienced engineers to guide on-site installation and commissioning. After successful trial operation, we also provide up to 10 additional days of training and technical guidance if needed.
Factory training in China: Customers may send 2–3 engineers to China. We arrange professional training in well-equipped partner factories, covering equipment operation, production management, and practical technical skills.
Online technical support: Our technical team provides continuous remote assistance to quickly solve operational or maintenance issues.
Spare parts support: We recommend essential spare parts for long-term operation and provide some complimentary spare parts with the equipment.
