Quality Control

Quality Control - From Raw Materials to Final Delivery

At Dongying Star Concept Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd., we implement strict, multi-stage quality control across the entire production process to ensure every piece of drilling, cementing, fracturing, and oilfield equipment performs safely and reliably in demanding working conditions.

Raw Material Inspection
All incoming raw materials are inspected before production to ensure they meet mechanical and chemical requirements, including strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance.

Incoming Material Verification
Before entering production, materials are re-checked for size, grade, certificates, and traceability records to ensure full compliance with technical drawings and project requirements.

Forging Process Control
During forging, we monitor heating temperature, forming pressure, and shaping accuracy to ensure the internal structure of the material is dense and free from defects.

CNC Machining Inspection
During CNC machining, components are checked after rough machining, semi-finishing, and final finishing stages to ensure dimensional accuracy, tolerance control, and surface quality.

Welding & Fabrication Inspection
All welding processes are controlled through pre-welding preparation, welding process monitoring, and post-welding inspection to ensure no cracks, porosity, or deformation issues.

Assembly Process Control
During assembly, we inspect alignment accuracy, fit tolerance, torque tightening, and hydraulic/electrical connection correctness to ensure system stability.

Heat Treatment Control
Heat treatment is strictly controlled by monitoring temperature curve, holding time, and cooling process to ensure stable hardness and mechanical performance.

Final Performance Testing
Before shipment, equipment undergoes full testing including 24-hour continuous running test, pressure load test, sealing performance test, and safety system verification under working conditions.

Pre-Shipment Inspection & Packaging
A final inspection is conducted to confirm appearance, completeness, and function, followed by export-standard packaging using anti-rust protection, reinforced wooden cases, and secure fixing for transportation safety.
